Refund Policy

At Huddle - The Fantasy Football Game, we stand by the quality of our product. Refunds will only be issued for games that arrive severely damaged. Missing pieces will be replaced by the publisher at no cost, with proof of the issue.

To Request a Refund or Replacement

Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you receive the wrong item. We will evaluate the issue and make it right.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or refunds for:

  • Opened or used games.
  • Sale items or gift cards.

Refunds

If your refund is approved for a severely damaged item, it will be processed on your original payment method within 10 business days. If more than 15 business days have passed since approval and you haven’t received your refund, please contact us at huddle@thefantasyfootballgame.com.
